Komran Aghazadeh, Vice President of Operations, has 30 years of construction experience working in many sectors including commercial buildings, heavy civil (roads, bridges, utilities, earthwork), and Railroad. He started as a field laborer at 18 years old and worked his way up through the ranks to Project Manager and Vice President of Operations. As Vice President of Operations for the Tracker Division, he is charged with building a sustainable business unit, while upholding the vision and values of AUI.

Steve Sand, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for the development and growth of both the DG Solutions and EPC division of AUI. He will be working on developing long term customer relationships and driving strong business performance, continuous improvement and best practices. He was responsible for developing client relations to generate new business and grow client relations. He has a passion to help his clients reach their renewable energy goals. Steve has over 25 years of Business Development experience.

Brandon de la Torre is a Renewable Energy Sales Engineer, with over 14 years of Renewable Energy experience. He is responsible for supporting the sales team with technical assistance by performing preliminary site design and initial project financial breakdowns. He also provides support to the design and engineering team on a per project basis while also providing training to new and existing team members on CAD software.

Letty Duarte is a Renewable Energy Sales Engineer, responsible for supporting the sales team with technical assistance by performing preliminary site design and initial project financial breakdowns. She gained 2 years of experience through a civil design engineering internship where she gained an understanding of surveying. After her internship, she worked as a full-time civil design engineer for 2 years where she mainly worked with site development projects.

Emma Ferguson is the Marketing Coordinator, responsible for supporting the VP of Sales and Marketing in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning presentations. Emma is a recent graduate from Texas A&M University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
